Return/Refund Policy

Upon purchasing any digital downloadable products there are no returns or refunds
allowed.

All digital products are instantly downloadable and accessible to the customers once purchased, and all digital downloadable products (templates/social media bundles) are final sale items and will not be refunded or returned.

In the event of JUST Media Haus being subjected to create and produce content via our
package options, returns and refunds will be determined by the request of the client based on circumstances of but not limited to package length, package content, etc.

Negotiations between the client and JUST Media Haus will commence under these circumstances and be determined independently between the company and client.
